Hi dear valued user, in this version, we have added 4 extra notifications for you regarding easy-to-do self-care exercises. This way, we can help you remember to take a few minutes for yourself during your day. We value your privacy and will only send you 8 notifications in total over your first 8 days if you have asked for notifications.
Additionally, we have changed our Boost menu to now be called Self-care. We have also renamed Your Overview to "History" for better clarification and understanding. All exercises remain the same.
